Thanks to the Library's Friends! Thank you to the Friends of the Shorewood-Troy Library for
providing funding for the library to purchase a new sofa for the
Children's Area. We know that young children and their caregivers will
be very grateful!
If you want to become more involved in the Library, join the
Friends! They meet once a month, for less than an hour. Our Friends
help to fundraise for "extras" - like a new sofa - for the Library. They also help to raise the visibility of the library in our community.
The Friends normally meet at 6:00 PM on the second Wednesday of the month. However, March's meeting will be at 6:00 PM on the third Wednesday (the 19th), due to a scheduling conflict. New members are always welcome!
