What's New at Your Library

National Library Card Month
September is National Library Card Month! From now until September 30th, if you sign up for a Shorewood-Troy Library card, you'll be automatically entered into a drawing for a $50 AMC Movie Theater gift card. If you don't have a library card, or you have friends or family who don't, now is the time to sign up.

And we haven't forgotten about our current library card holders, either. Every time you use your card to check out an item during the month of September, you'll be automatically entered to win a $50 Chili's Restaurant gift card. You're always a winner when you use your library card, but winning a gift card would be the cherry on top!

Election Petition Notice
The Shorewood-Troy Public Library District wishes to announce that the library will have nominating petitions available on Tuesday, September 23rd, 2014 for persons who wish to run in the April 7th, 2015 Consolidated General Election for the position of library district trustee. Click here for more information.

Study Room Now Available
The library is happy to announce the addition of a private study room. Available for individual use or for groups of up to 3 people, you can access the room for 1 hour per day (with an extension of 1 hour when available). Reservations can be made up to 48 hours in advance. For more information, see our study room policy.
