What's New At Your Library

Mitten Tree & Socks Box
Lend a helping hand this holiday season by donating warm clothing at the library. We'll be collecting scarves, gloves, hats, coats, undergarments, and socks for children and adults. Drop off your donations by stringing them around the tree or filling up the socks box. Help us make the holidays bright this year for those in need.

Elf on the Library Shelf
Our elf, Twinkles von Tinselfplum, has arrived at the library! This special scout elf is sent from the North Pole to help Santa Claus manage his naughty and nice lists. Twinkles has started a new game at the library. Every day she hides in a different location. Children are welcome to find her hiding spot and submit the answer for a chance to win a prize at the end of the holidays.

And don't forget the three rules:
1. Twinkles von Tinselplum can only be found in the Children's Department.
2. No one can touch Twinkles. If she is touched, she will lose her magical powers.
3. She cannot speak or move when people in the library are awake.

Ornament Creations
Kids and families are welcome to stop by the library to make something fun to decorate the tree before Santa arrives. Stop by through December 15th to make your holiday masterpieces, one for our tree, and one to take home.
